RETURNS

Upon Receipt

Check all your items. You have five days to reach out regarding ANY issue. 

The sooner we know about what's wrong, the sooner we can resolve it.

All returns require an RA#.

​

*Items may come in multiple deliveries; thus, the return window will correspond with the matching delivery date.

Damaged/ Incorrect items

Items damaged or sent in error are eligible for an exchange of that exact item. Quantities, however, are often limited, so if your chosen item is no longer available, you will be offered a substitution, store credit, or a refund. You will be provided with a return label to send the item back.

All Returns

Require an RA#, which will only be given within five days after receipt. 

 

No items sent back without an approved RA# will be accepted and credited.

Returns outside of damage or incorrect shipment will only be issued store credit. You will have an option of a flat fee of $12 for a return label that will be deducted from your credit. You also instead have the option of sending your item back at your own expense with a tracking number.

Instructions on how to be issued an RA are below.

Condition

Items eligible for return must come back in new condition, in original packaging with tags, and suitable for resale. Items that are sent back that do not meet these conditions will not be credited.

In the body of the email,

  • describe the issue and preferred resolution (Refund/Exchange/Store Credit) and

  • preferred return ship method (provided label, less $12 or send yourself with tracking info)

You will receive a reply that will include:

​

  • An RA# if your item is eligible for return

​​

  • A return label

​​

  • If the item was damaged or sent incorrectly, this will be free of charge

​​

  • If the return is for any other reason, you will have the option of a return label for a flat $12 deduction or sending it back on your own, with a tracking #.

The total amount of credit or refund

(less shipping if applicable).

Include pictures of the item(s) to illustrate the issue.

  • If this is for a size exchange or store credit return with no other issue, please take multiple pictures to ensure that it is still eligible for return.
